Order and Shipping

After the order is placed but has not yet been delivered, you can contact customer service to request to cancel the order. If you pay by credit card, the 4% handling fee charged by the card will not be refunded.

All items can not be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless the following conditions are met:

- The items are lost in transit (this service is only applicable to online orders, excluding customers who pick up at the store)

Because the handling fee between Shopify and the card party is 4%, and most of the items are consigned, the buyer needs to bear the 4% handling fee. If you live in China, Macau, Hong Kong, or Taiwan, you can use local transfer to avoid the charges.

Orders take 1-3 business days to process. Once shipped, you will be notified with a tracking number.

Currently, China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan will be shipped by SF Express, and other countries will be shipped by EMS.

Store

Most of the items can be tried on, please feel free to consult the store staff.

Cash/credit card/debit card/WeChat/Alipay/MPay/BOC, etc.

Sorry, once the item leaves the store, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Basically it can be worn, and it can be consigned if there are no major flaws or dirt.

Of course, the selling price of the product will be affected by the condition of the items.

Most European and American luxury brands, used underwear and swimsuits, items in extremely poor condition (obvious scratches, etc.), stolen items, and counterfeit items.

Generally speaking, our store will not purchase any items unless our store actively requests.
